What I built
I built an AI automation that continuously fixes and improves the product. It receives human feedback and issues found by agent inspections, fixes bugs, and improves interactions, copy, and the overall experience. Every change passes preview validation, independent review, and production checks. When a decision is uncertain or high-risk, the system stops and hands it to me.

Read the issue, its history, and latest comments, then create the run record.
The issue enters the shared tracker with its context and latest comments.
Rows, categories and states are the real tracker. This one shipped as #172.
System design
Three critical controls
- 01
Control execution scope
InputClear issue→DecisionControlled→ContinueProceedUncertain / high riskPause and @reporterOnly clear, controlled work continues automatically.
- 02
Validate the product result
FirstCode checks→SecondPreview→ConfirmIssue fixedPreview failsReturn to editPassing code checks is not enough; the real page must be fixed.
- 03
Separate authoring and approval
AuthorEdit agent→ReviewIndependent agent→GateFull checksSeparationNo self-approvalThe agent making the change cannot approve its own work.
