- BILIBALA's public website: design-system fork, copy and front-end implementation, the line owned end to end
- The internal dashboard, new iteration
- Invoices, Home 2.0 and Notification Center: specification and production code both delivered independently
- Those three specs became the team's standard from definition through delivery
- n8n chains and AI batch pipelines: identified and delivered unprompted, now the BD team's standing workflow
- Supported BD on 10 prospective on/off-ramp partners; 4 signed, extending fiat coverage to 100+ currencies

Identified and eliminated two recurring manual processes: quotation generation and reporting, both automated by me and still running today, to AI capability
- Both processes recurred weekly and neither was requested; the automation started from a quotation tool.
- Full brand refresh — logo and a physical feature wall, both in use
- Rebuilt the product-visual pipeline around AI tooling: modelling, rendering, product imagery
